Ram Satyanarayana (Ravi Teja), the owner of an alcohol brand named Anarkalee, travels to Spain after his product is rejected by a wine company headed by Manasa Shetty (Ashika Ranganath). A brief romance blossoms between them. However, Ram returns to India to his possessive wife, Balamani (Dimple Hayathi). Trouble begins when Manasa arrives in India, placing Ram in a complicated situation between his wife and former lover. The film follows how he navigates this emotional turmoil and resolves the conflict.
Ravi Teja appears in a subdued and stylish role, stepping away from his usual mass image. His natural screen presence and comic timing work well. Ashika Ranganath looks charming and gets a role with emotional depth, sharing pleasant chemistry with Ravi Teja. Comedy in the first half, driven by Satya and later Sunil, works reasonably well, with Vennela Kishore adding support.
The storyline is highly predictable, revolving around a well-worn love triangle. The second half lacks freshness and emotional depth, with forced drama and ineffective humour. The climax is simplistic, offering little impact. Tarak Ponnappa’s track feels unnecessary, and certain songs appear abruptly without contributing to the narrative flow.
Kishore Tirumala handles the first half competently but loses grip post-interval. Prasad Murella’s cinematography is decent, while Sreekar Prasad’s editing could have been tighter. Bheems Cecireleo’s music is average, with a background score that fails to stand out. Production values are satisfactory.
Overall, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi is a routine entertainer with a few engaging moments. Ravi Teja’s composed performance and the comedy in parts provide some relief, but the predictable plot and weak second half limit its impact. Watch it with moderate expectations.
