Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is usually seen with a serious expression, often projecting the image of a leader on a mission. But at the DSC Utsav in Amaravati, the CM surprised many with a cheerful smile as he interacted with his son and IT Minister, Nara Lokesh. The mega event marked a key milestone as Lokesh officially announced the DSC nominations in front of massive crowds, continuing the political legacy that traces back to Sr NTR and Chandrababu, both of whom had historically prioritized DSC recruitments.A heartwarming moment during the program came when Chandrababu and Lokesh shared a light exchange on stage. Lokesh bent down on one knee, listening keenly, while Chandrababu was seen explaining something with a broad smile. The candid interaction quickly became the highlight of the evening.
TDP has a long association with DSC, having conducted it 14 times and generating nearly 2 lakh jobs. In contrast, the previous Jagan-led government failed to hold even one successful DSC drive. The NDA government, however, managed to organize it within just 18 months of coming to power.Summing it up in his own words, Lokesh said: “TDP means DSC, and DSC means TDP.” That sentiment was clearly on display at the grand Utsav.
