‘Couple Friendly’ Movie Arrives on OTT.. But There’s an Unexpected Twist for Viewers!

The romantic film Couple Friendly, which was released during Valentine’s Day, has now arrived on OTT. The movie stars Santosh Sobhan and Manasa Varanasi in the lead roles. Directed by Ashwin Chandrasekhar and produced by UV Creations, the film gained good attention after its release. An interview given by Prabhas with the film’s team also created strong buzz around the movie. With an interesting story, the film impressed audiences and became a hit at the box office.

The movie is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in both Telugu and Tamil. However, viewers need to pay an additional rental fee of ₹279 to watch it. Reports say the film was made with a budget of around ₹3 crore but managed to collect more than ₹14 crore at the box office. Even though the story moves slowly, audiences appreciated the emotional and realistic narrative.

The story follows Shiva, a young man from Nellore who dreams of becoming a successful architect. He moves to Chennai for a job but struggles to find the right opportunity. To manage his daily expenses, he starts doing bike pooling. During one of his rides, he meets Mithra, a young woman who has also come to Chennai in search of a software job. Due to certain circumstances, both of them start living in the same house. Over time, they fall in love and begin a live-in relationship, planning to marry in the future. However, an unexpected situation changes their lives. What that situation is and how their love story ends forms the rest of the film.
