Nampally court in Hyderabad has granted major relief to K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) by dismissing an old case related to the Sakala Janula Samme protest movement during the Telangana agitation. The case, which was registered in 2011, was recently struck down by the Nampally Public Representatives Court, bringing closure to the long-pending legal matter.
The case had been filed by the police against several leaders, including KCR, KTR, Harish Rao, and Danoju Prakash, for allegedly participating in protest activities during the strike called as part of the Telangana movement. After reviewing the case and the available evidence, the Nampally court dismissed the matter, providing significant relief to the leaders involved.
